Employee Well-being Survey
Wednesday, February 22, 2023
TO:All UMMC Faculty and Staff
FROM: Dr. Josh Mann, Director, Office of Well-being
SUBJECT: Employee Well-being Survey
Since it was established in 2018, the UMMC Office of Well-being’s mission has been to foster a community where all members feel valued and experience well-being, with strong emphasis on addressing burnout among faculty and staff.
To aid in better understanding the well-being status and needs of UMMC employees, OWB has engaged with SullivanLuallin Group to conduct a survey. On Tuesday, Feb. 28, faculty and staff will receive an email from the sender surveys@sullivanluallingroup with the subject “2023 Well-being Survey.” In that email will be a link to your personalized anonymous survey, which will only take a few minutes to complete and your responses are completely confidential.
We look forward to hearing from you on your current well-being status and how it will help us develop and implement practical, evidence-based initiatives and strategies that match the needs of our workforce – the Medical Center’s most important resource.
Thank you.
